Why are there so many different performance measures?
There is an endless variety of human performance measurement or performance-related measurement tools available. Clearly, any task - when performed maximally in some way - can be considered to be the basis for a performance measurement. This simple idea has been exploited by researchers who continually publish yet another measurement method for a given aspect of performance.
What makes our measurements different?
