Human Performance Measurement, Inc. (HPM) was established in 1987. Our area of concentration and expertise is the quantitative measurement and assessment of human performance.
Our initial products were based on research and development carried out since 1979 at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). HPM introduced its first products in 1988, which were produced under the terms of an exclusive license granted by the University of Texas Board of Regents. To date, HPM's measurement tools have been used in 13 countries.
HPM is advised by Dr. George V. Kondraske, developer of fundamental scientific concepts and key measurement technology, author of numerous papers and technical reports that address a wide variety of human performance modeling and measurement issues, and founding Director of the Human Performance Institute (HPI) at UTA.
